Sun City builders Inc. is OSHA-compliant as required in all aspects of the construction industry as prescribed in the USA. If we cannot perform work safely, we will not do it. Safe is the only way we do business. SCB tracks both project team and subcontractor performance. We set goals and objectives such as zero accidents, no lost time, education/training, performance improvement, attitude and commitment, etc.

Sun City Builders Inc. is GB-98 licensed and insured. A contractor under this classification is authorized to bid and contract for any of the buildings, structures or projects included in the classifications for GB-98
